Is there anyone here formerly of the "Annointed"?
by Low-Key Lysmith ini'm sure this question has been asked here before, but i was wondering if someone would care to enlighten us as to the undeniable "sign" or occurence that makes folks believe that they are of the annointed class?.
....or am i asking too personal a question?.
i've always been really curious as to what happens to these people to make them believe this beyond a shadow of a doubt.. apparitions?.

Hot Food at the DCs past...What was it like?
by bronzefist ini came in to the "loving" organization when they had the nasty cold food so i dont know how good the hot cooked food was.
my ex says it was pretty good, but should i have belived her?
i would think hot food made for a happier time at least for the eaters.. brzfst.

DC Seating
by RR inokay, how many of you got to the convention site nice and early so that you could get the best seats on the house?.
having met in yankees stadium (difficult for me as i'm a mets fan) i always made sure i was in the shade.
hey someone had to come in early and make those watchtower hoagies (by the way, i never washed my hands).

When I was a kid me and a few other kids in my family had to to run right when the gates opened at Dodger Stadium and place some old watchterror and awacks for our entire family to sit together, I remember this black lady came and started throwing off our magazines and putting jackets and blankets down, I told her they were our seats and she ignored me. I didn't care for the Jehoagies, but I did like the Muffin Eggs, Cheese danish and the burritos. Yumm Shasta Cola

Do good works by JWs count for anything?
by greendawn inwe all know that the wts like so many other cults is an exploitative organisation that works with a great depth of deception that's not easy for many to grasp.
but will the works done by jws for this religion count in their favour if they were done in good faith?
at least the ones that didn't directly harm anyone?

I can't say that I've seen any good works done by any JW's, they don't help to feed the hungry or help the poor, they don't help unwed mothers, they don't even help their own members in good standing. Best thing they got is when you need them the most they turn their backs on you.
